Craig Pincince

Craig Pincince, Vice President of Development


Over the last twenty four years, Craig has managed design and development activities for leading high-growth restaurant and hospitality companies. His professional experience and expertise span the entire development process, including market planning and site selection, due-diligence and entitlements, design phase management, agency and governmental approvals, construction cost estimating, construction management, and project closeout and sale.

Before joining Salvo, Craig was Director of Development for Brinker International in Dallas. In that role, he managed the design and development of 21 Maggiano’s restaurants throughout the United States. Earlier, Craig led a team of design and construction professionals for La Quinta Inns Inc. in Dallas. As Director of Development and Technical Services for La Quinta, Craig and his team completed the development of 70 new hotels nationwide. He also led the development of the company’s franchise program and provided design and development support to the national sales group.

Beginning his career as a civil engineering consultant, Craig managed a range of design and development projects including master plan subdivisions, urban mass transit centers, large scale public utility infrastructure improvements, highway and road design, and a major expansion to the state of Texas judicial system. Craig is an active member of the International Conference of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology—Design and Development—from Sam Houston State University.
